Largest Pouring Ladle

• 2x 6,500 lbs capacity with induction furnaces
• 1x 1,000 KW of electrical output

Melting Flexibility

• Ability to cast up to 12 different alloys in a day
• Spectrometric analysis of the content of each pouring ladle

Lifting Capacity

• 1 x 25,000 lbs overhead traveling crane
• 1 x 28,000 lbs overhead traveling crane

Molding

• Floor and pit molding using box-linked, self-hardening(chemically bonded) sand molds.
• Great flexibility afforded by the use of various types of patterns like board-mounted or loose patterns made of wood, aluminum, epoxy, urethane, etc.

Core Making

• With self-hardening, chemically bonded sand
• In board-mounted shell up to 22” x 27” (560 mm x 700 mm)
