Final inspection
Before delivery to the client, each part we cast undergoes a specific final inspection. Such inspections are conducted as part of an all-encompassing perspective that stems from a vision of quality that underlies everything we do.
This inspection is the final step in a rigorous fabrication process aimed at further reducing the likelihood of imperfections.
Saguenay Foundry uses high performance systems precisely measuring and analyzing the consistency and resistance of its products. When needed, however, we hire independent firms to conduct other, ore specialized tests, destructive or not, such as:
- Ultrasounds
- X-Rays
- Wet phase magnetic inspection and others
