Nopatech™: Cast Iron Without Pattern

With our past experiences doing short production runs, we have seen many instances where parts that should have been cast were fabricated because of the high initial cost and lead time caused by pattern fabrication. This is why we have been working for the past few years on the development of a new patternless sand moulding technology that improves dramatically our efficiency for short production runs.

These ductile iron fuel heads were cast, painted, machined and assembled by Saguenay Foundry before being shipped to our client.
